It is funny how letting people express the ways they are different from one another helps them work together better.

This is a great idea. Promoting individualism this way will encourage creativity and build a sense of team within the call center.

I completely agree. Even if the call center runs multiple shifts and workers share stations, it is still possible for them to be permitted to do some personalizing with items they can store in a drawer at the end of their shift.

Great post. I think that creating a great call center atmosphere, even if it is something as simple as allowing agents to personalize their desks can do a lot in promoting employees' creativity and boost their self-esteem, which reflects in job performance.

Thanks for the compliment - I try to make sure my posts are informative and fun to read. I visited your blog and you are absolutely correct that having a specific niche is the way to go - especially if you are monetizing. If you want a couple of structural pointers for your blog: using more subheadings makes it easier to read the text onscreen. Also, limiting the Google ads to just one section would make a big difference in the overall appearance. Just my two cents!

lol a handful of of the reviews individuals post are so silly, commonly i contemplate if they in actual fact read the pieces and content before leaving a comment or whether or not they just look at the title of the article and submit the first idea that drifts into their heads. in any case, it really is pleasing to read through keen commentary once in a while as opposed to the identical, old blog vomit that i more often than not see on the net i'm off to take up a few hands of zynga poker so long

Hi. I wanted to drop you a quick note to say thanks. I've been following your blog for a month or so and have picked up a lot of good information as well as enjoyed the way you've structured your site. I'm making an attempt to run my own blog however I think its too general and I would like to focus more on smaller topics. Being all things to all people is not all that its cracked up to be :-)
